Dreary day for sure, but a great picture none-the-less.

The picture's perspective appears to be from a spot near Sollon's Furneral Home.

Never noticed before, comparing both pictures, the structure on the roof of the main building, in some form, appears to have survived these many years?

Must be fun, getting a look see at those Ducky Swan prints. What are you plans?

Is it possible to post the one of the Eaves? As you probably remember, it was a popular late night High School hang out, that is if you didn't have wheels.....But, oh boy, if you had a car, then instead of going to the Eaves you would be "stylin" out at the "Ranch" or the "Hitchin-Post" on 19.

Thank you, Jim for sharing!

I got a hundred or so photographs on loan this afternoon that Ducky Swan had taken. Many I already have, but there are a number of new ones to me. One is the only photo I have seen of the Eaves.

Attached is one of the high school campus. Pretty bleak. The date stamped on the back is Feb 15, 1962. Within a few years the buildings other than the log cabin were torn down and replaced by the Middle School buildings there now.
